You will need:

*A balloon

*a straw

*a pin

*a pencil with a rubber at the end

*and some sticky tape

 

Instructions:

 

1.Attach the balloon to the end of the straw with sticky tape. Make sure when you stick it that you don't close the straw hole or the air won't be able to travel through.

2. Stab the pin through the straw about two inches away from the balloon. Now push the pin as far down as possible and try to blow the balloon up to see if there are any holes.

​

3. Push the pin into the rubber at the end of the pencil as much as possible so it won't fall out.

​

4. Finally blow up your balloon and hold on to the pencil while it spins.

​

It spins because the air inside the balloon is pushing out against the straw like the air is pushing against the wind turbine.
